2. The top accessories include an air compressor, electrical distribution box, and refrigeration control system. The exterior of the cabinet is made of fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, while the interior is food-grade 304 material. It features four mesh trays, with double-sided mesh trays capable of thawing 200 kg of frozen meat, including various types of pork, beef, lamb, poultry, and frozen aquatic products.

The working principle of the design is the same: using low-temperature, high-humidity circulating air to pass over the surface of the frozen products, allowing them to thaw slowly under relatively small temperature differences. The air duct circulates air under multiple air plates to blow over the thawing products, creating a uniform airflow organization. A certain level of humidity increases the temperature conduction medium in the air. The thawing temperature, humidity, and time are fully automatically controlled in stages by a PLC microcomputer to achieve thawing. It allows for staged control of frozen meat thawing.

4. It uses electric heating to generate steam, making the thawing time shorter and more efficient, with better thawing results. The thawing energy consumption is 2 kg of water per hour and 10 kg of steam per hour, with a total installed power of 4 kW.
